Dodgers
This In-Fisherman article has some good info to get you started, but it's not specific to Tahoe.

Dodgers, like flashers are in a family of lures known as attractor blades. These swing side to side instead of twirling around like flashers. The biggest are called ford fenders. These are for super deep water so we'll ignore those. Good dodgers for Tahoe are Seps medium size, and their small sidekick dodger. I c&r'd four rainbows from Zephyr Cove last week on a sidekick/crawler combo.
Stick to standard Tahoe colors for these blades as well. Silver and gold are all you need for the shallows. As you go deeper some colors might help, but its the flash and vibration that draws em in.
Your leader should be shorter than it is for flashers. 18-24 inches is good. You can bait up with flys, leaches, squid, hoochies, small plugs, grubs, or whatever. Keep it simple. The best bait on Tahoe is the threaded minnow. The night crawler is a close second, and a fine choice if you don't have time to trap minnows. How to get minnows on Tahoe is covered in the flasher section.
I keep my Flashers and dodgers in a dedicated "jewelry box". it includes hooks, leader material, worm threader, minnow threading needle, pro-cure super gel, a hook sharpener, and of coarse the jewelry. Just throw this box in the boat and go. When your metal gets all gooped up from fish attractant, you can use WD-40 to clean them up.
